Cupping uses cups on the skin to create suction by using fire or air vacuum . Cups are made of glass or plastic. Traditionally we use fire glass cups to improve the blood circulation, reduce the pain and relax the muscles.
Cupping can leave temporary circular marks on the skin that look like bruising. How dark the marks are and how long the marks last totally depends on individual body conditions.
